Our timelines

Acknowledgment
Within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.
Resolution
Within 15 days of acknowledgment.
Non-consensual intimate imagery
Removed within 24 hours of a valid complaint.
Child sexual abuse material
Removed immediately, and reported to law enforcement.
Court or government order
Acted on within the time the order specifies.

What to send us

So we can act quickly, include:

  • Your name and the email on your Indrava account.
  • What the complaint is about — content, an account, your own data, or a payment.
  • A link to the post, or the handle of the account.
  • What you want us to do.
  • A statement that what you have told us is true, to the best of your knowledge.
Urgent

If your complaint concerns a minor, a threat of violence, or intimate images shared without consent, put URGENT in the subject line. These are handled ahead of everything else.

  • A moderation decision you believe was wrong.
  • Access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data.
  • Withdrawal of consent to processing.
  • Payments, billing, and refunds.

If we do not resolve it

If you are not satisfied with our answer, or we do not answer in time, you may escalate:

Data protection
The Data Protection Board of India, under the DPDP Act, 2023.
Content and intermediary
The Grievance Appellate Committee, under the IT Rules, 2021.

You do not lose any legal right by complaining to us first.
