Accepting these terms
By creating an account, or by using Indrava in any way, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Indrava.
We may change these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Indrava after that means you accept the new terms.
You must be 18 or older — and we verify it
Indrava is an adults-only community. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
Before your account is activated, you must complete a video KYC check: a short live video capture, together with a government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth. We check that the face on the ID is the face in the video, and that the date of birth makes you 18 or older. No account is activated without it. A ticked box is not enough for us.
Accepted ID: Aadhaar, PAN card, passport, driving licence, or voter ID. What we do with it — and how long we keep it — is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Giving false information, or using someone else's ID, terminates your account permanently and without refund, and we may report it.
If you believe a person under 18 is using Indrava, tell our Grievance Officer at once (see Grievance Redressal). We act immediately.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and everything done through it. Keep your password private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
One person, one account. You may not sell, rent, or transfer your account, or let anyone else use it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we reasonably believe it is being used to harm other members.
Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post. You are responsible for it, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
By posting, you grant Indrava a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting Indrava. This licence ends when you delete the content, except where it has already been shared with others, or where we must keep a copy to meet a legal obligation.
We do not sell your content to third parties.
Objectionable content and abusive behaviour: zero tolerance
Indrava does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Content that breaks this clause is removed, and the account that posted it is suspended or permanently banned. There is no warning requirement and no refund.
You may not post, upload, share, or transmit content that:
- sexually exploits, endangers, or depicts a minor in any way, whether real, drawn, generated, or implied;
- contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit acts;
- is sexual content involving a person who has not consented to it being shared, including intimate images shared without consent;
- threatens, harasses, bullies, stalks, or incites violence against any person;
- promotes hatred or discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, race, ethnicity, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin;
- promotes self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating;
- promotes terrorism, extremism, or organised crime;
- sells or promotes illegal goods, drugs, weapons, or trafficking of any kind;
- impersonates another person, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation;
- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- is spam, a scam, a pyramid scheme, or deliberately misleading;
- contains malware, or attempts to breach the security of Indrava or its members;
- is unlawful under Indian law, or under the law of the place you are in.
What we do about it
- Every post and reel can be reported by any member, from the post itself.
- You can block any member. A blocked member's content will not be shown to you.
- We review reported content and act within 24 hours.
- Content that sexually exploits a minor is removed immediately and reported to the authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement.
- Content depicting a person in a sexual act without their consent is removed within 24 hours of a valid complaint, as required by India's Information Technology Rules, 2021.
What is allowed — the line between bold and prohibited — is set out plainly in our Community Guidelines. Read them before you post.
Moderation
We review content using a combination of automated systems and human moderators. We may remove content, limit its distribution, or hold it for review, at our discretion, where we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines.
Automated review is not perfect. If we get it wrong, you can appeal — write to our Grievance Officer and we will look again.
Membership and payment
Some parts of Indrava require a paid membership. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details.

If your account is terminated for breaking these terms, you are not entitled to a refund.
What you may not do
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or member data by any automated means.
- Copy, record, screenshot, or redistribute another member's content without their permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or our servers.
- Use Indrava to send unsolicited marketing.
- Create accounts by automated means, or evade a ban by making a new account.
Service is provided as-is
We work to keep Indrava available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indrava is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for content posted by members. We are not a party to any arrangement between members.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indrava is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending your membership
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and your posts, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, or if we are required to by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
