An Indrava membership is a recurring subscription giving access to member-only content and features for as long as it is active.

Automatically, until cancelled

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from Settings → Membership, or by writing to indravaaspire@gmail.com.

• Cancelling stops the next charge.
• You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds

We refund in full

• You were charged after you cancelled.
• You were charged twice for the same period.
• The payment failed but the money left your account.
• Membership was unavailable for an extended period through our fault.

We do not refund

• Part-used periods, if you simply change your mind after using the service.
• Any period, where your account was terminated for breaking the Terms or Guidelines.
• Dissatisfaction with what other members chose to post. Content is created by members, not by us.

Founding memberships

A founding membership is priced for life at the rate you joined at, for as long as it stays continuously active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the founding rate is gone and the current price applies.

Price changes

If we change the price of a membership, we will tell you at least 30 days before it affects you. You can cancel before it takes effect.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank — it is faster, and we would rather fix the problem. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until it is settled.
